Spiritual Coaching/Book of Life

We have a choice to listen to the voice of the Spirit in our lives or the voice of fear. Every day of our lives we are trying to listen to the voice that speaks the truth whether it be in making decisions about career, relationships, family, or personal issues. Within our mind, there is one voice that comes from the quiet and speaks peace. This is the voice of God, Spirit, the Divine. All of us have the capability to access this voice. We hear it everyday when we listen to our conscience. However, this voice can be clouded because we choose to only hear the louder voice of Fear or Ego. It becomes a practice to hear this silent voice among the louder one.

In a Spiritual Coaching session with Michele, she will help you connect to that inner voice of God by quieting down the fearful voice and opening up to the truth. Some people call this connecting to the “Book of Life’ or the “Akashic Records”. Others may say it is just listening to the Holy Spirit and calling upon the wisdom of God that moves through everything. Michele begins the session with some singing, sometimes invoking the name of God. Together, the “records” or “book of life” are opened and we ask the Spirit to direct us as we ask questions. The Spirit will offer information regarding your inner life, relationships, career etc. Future events are not discussed because the future is dependent on our choices. This wisdom also does not offer information about another person’s journey and is specific to the person.

I believe very strongly that healing is of the mind in all its forms. A Spiritual Coaching session can really help someone realize the deep lessons that they are learning in life and move them forward to the realization of who they truly are as part of God.
